All orders are non-refundable, and cancellations are not allowed.
Shipping and handling charges are not included in the cost of the item. Shipping cost is $25 for regular ground. If you decide to upgrade to 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air shipping please contact Prevue to pay the additional upgraded fee.
Every item will be double checked for any damages or imperfections before it is shipped to you.
We are NOT responsible for any damages made to the dress by the customer after having received the item.
